KIYA is a youth-driven organization based in Korea that aims to strengthen communities and develop student leadership through structured, ethical, and collaborative initiatives. It brings together students who want to make a positive impact while learning how to plan projects, work effectively in teams, engage with partners, and reflect on results to improve over time.

KIYA’s work is organized into three broad areas: Community Support (Charity), Youth Empowerment and Leadership, and International Youth Cultural Exchange. Across all activities, KIYA emphasizes responsible volunteering, transparency, and respect for the dignity and privacy of individuals and communities.
